Taco is a traditional Mexican dish, made with various ingredients such as meat, seafood, and vegetables on top of tortillas. It mainly uses meat such as beef, chicken, and pork, but the Vinker recipe suggests a new flavor of tacos by introducing 100% plant-based ingredients.

Serve with fresh vegetables, savory cheese and spicy sauce with 100% plant-based alternatives and Vinker-pulled chicken herb salt that can be enjoyed healthily and deliciously. The chewy and rich texture of binker-pulled chicken doubles the flavor of tacos.

Ingredients: tortilla (taco shell)

  • Vinker instead of meat: Vinker Fuld Chicken Herb Salt

  • Vegetables: onion, lettuce, tomato, mushroom, etc

  • Cheese: Vegan shred cheese or mince cheese (optional) adds extra flavor and tenderness. (Optional)

  • Sauce: Salsa, guacamole, sour cream, etc

  • Oil

  • Other condiments: salt, pepper, paprika powder, cajun powder, etc

  • In addition to this, you can use additional ingredients or sauces depending on your personal preferences.

HOW TO COOK

  1. Prepare the Vinker Fuld Chicken Herb Salt.

  2. Wash and clean vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, and lettuce, and cut them into appropriate sizes. Prepare sauces such as salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.

  3. Grill tortillas in a heated pan or grill. Add oil to the pan and stir-fry with Vinker.

  4. Put the stir-fried Vinker and trimmed vegetables on top of the tortilla. Add the made sauce and cheese on top of the tacos. Season with salt or pepper if necessary.
    Fold the tacos and hold them in your hand or put them on a plate and they're done!
