If you think a conventional chicken burger is boring, try making a burger with Vinker's Fried Chicken. Your dream plant-based burger will be completed!
It mainly uses beef and chicken patties, but the Vinker recipe suggests a fresh and healthy burger by introducing 100% plant-based ingredients.
Put a spoonful of flavorful sauce on soft bread with fresh vegetables and savory cheese on top of Vinker Fuld Chicken.
If you have a Vinker-pulled chicken that goes well with any ingredient, you can easily make burgers at home.
Ingredients: tortilla (taco shell)
Ingredients: brioche bun or burger bun
Vinker instead of meat: Vinker Fuld Chicken Herb Salt
Vegetables: Various uses of onions, lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.
Cheese: Vegan shred cheese or mince cheese (optional) adds extra flavor and tenderness. (Optional)
Sauce: Add flavor using BBQ sauce, ketchup or tomato sauce, mayonnaise, etc.
Oil: Used to grill meat or vegetables.
Other condiments: Use salt, pepper, seasoning, etc. to control the taste.
In addition to this, you can use additional ingredients or sauces depending on your personal preferences.
HOW TO COOK
Prepare the Vinker Fuld Chicken Herb Salt.
Wash and clean vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, and lettuce, and cut them into appropriate sizes.
We prepare a sauce that suits your taste.
Bake the bun in the oven and apply your favorite sauce. Add oil to the pan and Vinker to taste with the sauce you like. (Recommended: BBQ Sauce)
Put the trimmed vegetables, cheese and Vinker-pulled chicken on the bun. Season with salt or pepper if necessary. If necessary, we also prepare potatoes as a side menu.
